The Phonak Audeo S was launched to replace the previous Audeo range. The ‘S’ stands for Spice which is Phonaks new chip technology which is twice as fast as its predecessor.
The Audeo S is available in four levels of technology
Top level – Phonak Audeo S9 (S iX) Hearing Aids
Mid Level – Phonak Audeo S5 (S V) Hearing Aids
Third Level – Phonak Audeo S3 (S iii) Hearing Aids
Basic Level - Phonak Audeo S1 Hearing Aids (Only available in the Smart)
This hearing aid is only available as an RIC (Receiver in Canal) but has 3 sub-styles known as the Smart, the Mini and the Yes.
Smart - The smallest hearing aid in the Phonak range that also has wireless capability. Not only discreet, but can be configured to a variety of Phonak wireless accessories. It has binaural applications and easy push button control.
The Audeo Smart S9 and S5 are also available with High Tech Ceramic. This is a new casing by Phonak that has a highly resistant surface. This ensures that the hearing aid will stay scratch free and shiny.
Mini - This is a tiny hearing aid and is ideal for people who prefer an extremely cosmetic solution. Still excellent technology but the Mini is not wireless compatible like the Smart and the Yes. It is easy to use and fully automatic.
Yes - This model offers the same features as the Smart but is slightly larger. Described by Phonak as ‘Avant-Garde’, it is a high performance hearing aid that gives the wearer the ability to express their unique style.

All Audeo S hearing aids are Nano-coated which acts as a barrier against sweat and other moisture in the ear. It is designed to prolong the life of your hearing aid.
