In October 2024, Starkey launched their Starkey Edge AI series. Starkey is one of the leading hearing aid manufacturers known for delivering advanced hearing solutions. In this series, there are three models to choose from, and the Starkey Edge AI 24 stands out as the premium option, as it has all the features available.

The new Edge AI series showcases a range of advanced technologies, including the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) and innovative technology that emulates the brain's auditory cortex and helps users navigate their daily lives despite any hearing challenges they may face.

Starkey Edge AI 24 hearing aid models

With the Starkey Edge AI 24, there are six styles available. This includes a rechargeable Receiver-in-Canal, with a 312 disposable battery option, and rechargeable In-the-Ear (ITE), and an In-the-Canal (ITC), as well as a Completely-in-Canal (CIC) version using a size 312 battery.

In addition to the diverse range of styles available, there are also three technology levels (24, 20, and 16), which are designed to accommodate various degrees of hearing loss, from mild to severe.

• Edge AI 24 CIC hearing aid: Completely-in-Canal, this model has Bluetooth and comes with a traditional battery.

• Edge AI 24 ITC R hearing aids: Rechargeable, waterproof In-the-Canal model with Bluetooth incorporated.

• Edge AI 24 ITE R hearing aids: Rechargeable, waterproof In-the-Ear model with Bluetooth.

• Edge AI 24 RIC 312 hearing aids: Receiver-in-Canal model with Bluetooth, traditional battery, and also CROS compatibility.

• Edge AI 24 RIC R T hearing aids: Rechargeable, waterproof Receiver-in-Canal model with Bluetooth, CROS compatibility, and telecoil.

• Edge AI 24 mRIC R hearing aids: Small, rechargeable Receiver-in-Canal model with Bluetooth.

• Chargers: StarLink Premium/standard Charger 2.0 for RICs and Custom Charger 2.0 for rechargeable ITE models.

• Colours:  In each of these models, you can find four colours to choose from: Chestnut, Black, Grey, and Beige.
