The Unitron Smile Insera S-R 3 is a custom rechargeable In-the-Ear hearing aid designed for users who prefer ease of use over advanced automation.

Built on Unitron’s Smile platform, it provides consistent, dependable amplification for common listening environments such as quiet conversations, small social interactions and everyday home use.

The rechargeable lithium-ion battery removes the need for disposable batteries, allowing you to place the hearing aids into the charger overnight for reliable daily use. Automatic on/off functionality further simplifies handling, making the Insera S-R 3 particularly suitable for first-time hearing aid users.

While it does not include advanced features such as AutoFocus or HyperFocus, the Insera S-R 3 delivers clear, comfortable sound using core speech enhancement and noise reduction technologies.
