Using Rexton’s Voice Stabiliser technology, they help keep speech clear by managing changes in background noise, so voices remain steady and easier to understand.

These hearing aids are well suited to quieter lifestyles, helping you stay involved in day-to-day conversations with less effort. Whether you’re chatting at home or in small social settings, they support a more natural listening experience without overcomplicating things.

The CIC (completely-in-canal) design means they sit neatly inside your ear, offering a discreet look that’s barely noticeable. Combined with a soft sleeve fit, they’re comfortable enough to wear throughout the day, helping you feel confident and at ease in conversations.

Simple control and everyday practicality

You can manage your hearing aids through the Rexton app, making it easy to adjust volume and settings whenever needed. Rexton Assist also gives you access to remote support, so your audiologist can help fine-tune your hearing aids without requiring an in-person visit.

The Li 20 model is fully rechargeable, offering up to 28 hours of battery life on a single charge. The portable charging case doubles as a power bank, ideal for keeping your devices topped up while you’re out and about. A full recharge takes around three hours, with both USB and wireless Qi charging options available.

Built for durability, these hearing aids include ATEX certification and come in subtle colour options such as black/black and black/mocha.
