While the More hearing aid range, launched in 2021, catered primarily to BTE model users, the advent of Oticon Own offers a custom solution for ITE hearing aid wearers.

The Own 4 hearing aids deliver an entry-level performance, making it an ideal choice for individuals engaged in smaller social activities, spending significant time at home, or leading a quieter lifestyle.

Compared to Oticon Own 1, the Own 4 model offers fewer processing channels, fitting bands, and a reduced percentage in the Spatial Balancer feature.

Oticon's unwavering focus on discreet hearing aid models has driven advancements in miniaturisation since the introduction of Oticon Opn ITE options. As a result, they now offer smaller, more unobtrusive ITE hearing aids, perfectly tailored to meet each patient's specific needs.

The Oticon Own 4 IIC hearing aids, in particular, are hailed for their near-invisibility in 9 out of 10 ears, substantiated by Oticon's White Papers. This accomplishment is attributed to the development of smaller components, superior software, and advanced processing techniques.

Oticon Own 4 hearing aids present five ITE styles, each available in five distinctive colours, spanning across five performance levels. 1. Invisible in the Canal (IIC): Truly invisible, non-wireless hearing aid for mild to severe hearing loss. Water and dust resistant, powered by a size 10 battery.
2. Completely in the Canal (CIC): Non-wireless hearing aid slightly larger than IIC, suitable for mild to severe hearing loss. Water and dust resistant, equipped with a size 10 battery and an optional push button. Includes binaural connection for improved directionality.
3. In the Canal (ITC): Bluetooth-enabled hearing aid powered by a size 312 battery. Features telecoil, water and dust resistance, and Telehealth. An optional push button and binaural connection between hearing aids for improved directionality.
4. In the Ear Full Shell (ITE FS): Ideal for those with dexterity issues, powered by a size 312 battery. Water and dust resistant, equipped with Bluetooth, Telecoil, and Telehealth, suitable for mild to severe hearing loss. Optional push button and binaural connection.
5. In the Ear Half Shell (ITE HS): Suitable for mild to severe hearing loss, water and dust resistant, Bluetooth, Telecoil, Telehealth. Ideal for those with dexterity issues, with an optional push button and includes a binaural connection between hearing aids to improve directionality.

  Bluetooth connectivity is available in the larger Oticon Own styles—the ITC, half-shell, and full-shell ITE models. These styles allow you to stream high-quality audio directly from compatible iPhone, iPad, and Android devices, take hands-free calls, and use your hearing aids as wireless headphones.
  
  The smaller IIC and CIC models don't include Bluetooth due to their compact size, but offer maximum discretion. Telecoil functionality is also available in the larger styles as an optional feature.

• What technology levels are offered in Oticon Own?

  Oticon Own is available in five technology levels—Own 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5—allowing you to choose the option that best fits your lifestyle and budget. Own 1 is the premium level with the most comprehensive features, including Deep Neural Network technology, advanced noise reduction, and the highest number of processing channels.
  
  Own 2 and Own 3 also include DNN technology with progressively fewer advanced features, whilst Own 4 and Own 5 provide essential amplification for quieter lifestyles. All levels feature BrainHearing technology to support the brain's natural way of processing sound.
