Siemens / Signia Xperience 7X - Premium Technology
2019 Update: Signia launch a rechargeable version of Xperience, known as the Pure Charge & Go X. There is currently no extra charge for this option.
Signia Xperience 7X is the principal RIC hearing aid from this manufacturer, at the time of launch in August 2019. Thus, superseding the 7Nx, 5Nx and 3Nx. The specification levels of this family are: the mid-range 5X and the introductory 3X.
Along with a list of impressive technology, this model arrived with the slogan; "Hear what matters to you", so as you can imagine - it got people's attention. These hearing aids include the world's first 3D acoustic-motion sensors - providing the core of Xperience's technology.
We are constantly on the go and with that comes change in our environments and our acoustic soundscape. These motion-sensors manage to keep up with these changes to allow for clear sound on-the-go. We feel that Xperience would benefit those with an active lifestyle. Therefore, if you wanted an aid that supports you in quieter and less active situations - these hearing aids are not for you.
Calculating the characteristics of sound in real-time - these sensors are quick and powerful tools. They do this in order for you to focus in front, behind or in any direction. They are even successful on the move. Providing on-the-go and easy to follow conversations.
These are used to improve speech understanding in other noise. They singuarly focus on the person you are talking to, in front of you and reduce the distractions that can be caused by background noise.
Own Voice Processing (OVP)
This provides you with the best natural own voice that is available to you.
With this feature you can concentrate on either therapy signals or opt for the 'mixed mode'. Other additions are: notch therapy, five static noise types and four ocean wave signals.
