Introduced in early September 2023, Signia's Integrated Xperience (IX) digital hearing aids were designed with the belief that conversation should be ‘at the heart of hearing’, boasting personalised enhancements for the individual’s needs. The primary goal is to empower users, allowing them the freedom to confidently engage in conversation, especially in noisy social environments - no matter the direction of speech as these clever little hearing aids focus the microphones in the correct position for those speaking to you. 7IX is the top of the Signia IX range.

Signia achieves this through its innovative RealTime Conversation Enhancement technology, a novel approach to analysing and processing speech in real-time. The Signia IX hearing aids build upon the foundation of the Signia AX platform, incorporating all the features of the AX while introducing innovative technological advancements, specifically addressing the challenges of hearing in social group settings.

Recognising the cognitive benefits of social interaction, Signia's Own Voice Processing (OVP) enhances the personal voice experience, providing a natural and comfortable sound, promoting increased social engagement. Conversations feel effortless and authentic, for  confidence and improved hearing experience.

Designed for seamless integration with Apple devices, the Signia IX hearing aids offer hands-free calling, support for Audio Streaming for Hearing Aids (ASHA), and Bluetooth connectivity. They are also compatible with Signia's Telecare, enabling users to stay connected with their audiologist for remote care and support.

The Signia app provides users with comprehensive control and management of their hearing aids, while the Signia Assistant ensures a personalised and optimal hearing experience. Additionally, compatibility with hearing aid accessories such as the Streamline Mic and Streamline TV allows for direct audio streaming to the hearing aids, enhancing the overall auditory experience.
