The Phonak Audeo Life Lumity L90 hearing aids including , launched in August 2022, represent Phonak's second-generation rechargeable waterproof hearing aid. Featuring AutoSense OS 5.0 technology, they promise improved speech enhancement and directional microphones, offering enhanced speech clarity in noisy environments.

Performance and Features

These hearing aids, though lacking a telecoil, boast a push button and are waterproof up to 1.5m, enduring underwater conditions for up to 30 minutes. With added sweatproof capabilities and health data tracking features, they cater to individuals with active lifestyles.

Advanced Technologies for Enhanced Hearing 

The inclusion of StereoZoom 2.0 technology adjusts focus levels as background noise varies, offering approximately 2.5 dB better signal-to-noise ratio. SpeechSensor technology enhances speech understanding by detecting the direction of the main speech signal, with claims of a 15% improvement in understanding speech from the rear and sides, accompanied by an 11% reduction in listening effort. These features, coupled with Motion Sensors and 360-degree listening, promise improved clarity in various listening environments.

Connectivity and Accessories

Compatible with both iPhone and Android smartphones, the Phonak Audeo Life Lumity L90 hearing aids offer universal connectivity and can pair with multiple Bluetooth-enabled devices. Accessory options include PartnerMic, Remote Control, TV Connector, RogerDirect, and the myPhonak App, enhancing usability and functionality.

Personalisation

Through the myPhonak app, users can access health-tracking features, personalise sound focus with the Speech Focus Slider, and utilise Remote Care for tailored listening experiences and telehealth services. The Remote Virtual Appointment feature allows on-the-go adjustments with audiologists via Telehealthcare, offering convenience and customisation.
